Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Grow My Ads PPC Launcher (the "Service"), operated by Grow My Ads LLC ("Grow My Ads", "we", "us"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or client, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service helps you build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with AI assistance. It connects to your Google Ads account, syncs campaign and performance data, generates recommendations, and, when you explicitly approve, publishes changes to your Google Ads account. The Service is a tool that works on your account; it is not a managed advertising service, and Grow My Ads does not run your campaigns for you unless you have a separate agreement with us that says so.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must sign in with a valid Google account and keep it secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. The Service is intended for business use by people who are at least 18 years old.

3. Google Ads account access

  • You may only connect Google Ads accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting a client's account means you have that client's permission to do so.
  • Publishing a campaign or applying an optimization makes real changes in your live Google Ads account, and those changes can spend real money. You are responsible for reviewing every change before you approve it and for all advertising costs billed by Google.
  • Your relationship with Google, including Google Ads billing and the Google Ads terms of service, is between you and Google. Grow My Ads is not a party to it.
  • You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate keywords, ad copy, and optimization recommendations. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your business. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it and for making sure your ads comply with Google Ads policies and applicable law. Grow My Ads does not guarantee any advertising performance, ranking, cost, or business outcome.

5. Your API keys

If you connect your own AI provider API key, you are responsible for that key, for the provider's usage charges it incurs, and for complying with that provider's terms. We store your key encrypted and use it only to run AI features you invoke.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to create ads or campaigns that are unlawful, deceptive, or that violate Google Ads policies.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or circumvent its security or rate limits.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Grow My Ads LLC. Your Google Ads data remains yours. You own the campaigns, keywords, and ad copy created in your account through the Service, and you grant us the limited rights needed to process that content in order to provide the Service to you.

8. Fees

If any part of the Service requires payment, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you are charged. Google Ads media spend and AI provider usage charges are always billed to you directly by those parties and are separate from any fees owed to us.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synced data will always be complete or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow My Ads LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, or wasted advertising spend, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you have paid us nothing.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Third-party trademarks

Google, Google Ads, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Grow My Ads PPC Launcher is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Grow My Ads LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
