This Privacy Policy explains how Grow My Ads LLC ("Grow My Ads", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Grow My Ads PPC Launcher (the "Service"), an application that helps you build and optimize Google Ads campaigns with AI assistance. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this to create and secure your account.
  • Google Ads data. When you connect a Google Ads account, we access and store campaign structure and performance data from that account through the Google Ads API. This includes campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, negative keywords, search terms, audiences, locations, budgets, bidding settings, and performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, cost, and conversions.
  • Website content you provide. When you enter a website URL to build a campaign, we retrieve and analyze the publicly available content of that page to generate keywords and ad copy.
  • API keys you bring. If you connect your own AI provider API key (for example OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google), we store it encrypted and use it only to make AI requests on your behalf.
  • Usage and technical data. We collect logs of the actions the Service performs for you (such as campaigns published and AI generations run), along with error reports and standard technical information like browser type, needed to operate and debug the Service.

How we use your information

  • To authenticate you and operate your account.
  • To display your Google Ads data inside the Service and keep it in sync with your Google Ads account.
  • To generate campaign recommendations, keywords, ad copy, and optimization suggestions using AI.
  • To publish changes to your Google Ads account, only when you explicitly request it.
  • To send you transactional emails about your account, such as a notice that your Google Ads connection needs to be reconnected.
  • To monitor errors, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Google Ads data for advertising to you or to anyone else.

Google API Services and Limited Use

The Service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we only use Google user data to provide and improve the features of the Service that you see and use, we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide those features or as required by law, and we do not use it for serving advertisements. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

AI providers

AI features run on the provider and API key you configure. When you use an AI feature, the relevant context (such as your website content, keywords, and campaign settings) is sent to that provider to generate the output. Your use of an AI provider is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of vendors to run the Service, and we share data with them only to the extent needed to operate it: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, background job processing, error monitoring, transactional email delivery, website content retrieval, and the Google Ads API itself. Each vendor processes data under its own contractual and security obligations.

Data security

OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Access to your data inside the Service is scoped to your account, and all traffic between your browser and the Service is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard measures.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active so the Service can function. Historical performance metrics are kept on a rolling window of roughly 90 days. You can disconnect a Google Ads account at any time, which stops further syncing. To delete your account and its associated data, contact us at the address below and we will process the request.

Revoking access

You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops the Service from reading or changing anything in your Google Ads account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
